Product Description

Ramp Control Upgrade Cartridge for Fox 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40

Adds speed-sensitive ending-stroke control and bottom-out force adjustability to compatible forks.

Just 55 g! Lighter than most air-spring assemblies with more than two tokens.

Isolate and tune bottom-out with minimal changes to initial and mid-stroke.

Bring your tuning to the trail and out of the workshop!

Easy installation requires little time and few tools - no lower-leg removal required (except for Fox 36 Version E)

Fox 34 Model A

2016 - 2021 Fox 34 Float forks. Recommended for 140-160mm 29”, 27.5+, and 27.5” forks.
2020 Marzocchi Z2.Recommended for 140-160mm 29”, 27.5+, and 27.5” forks.
2022 Fox 34 Float forks. Recommended for 130-140mm 29” forks.
2019 and newer Fox 34 Step Cast Float forks. Recommended for 110-120mm 29” forks.
Cartridges are incompatible with TALAS forks.

Fox 34, Model B (long-body)

2016 - 2021 Fox 34 Float forks.Recommended for 110-130mm 29”, 27.5+,and 27.5”forks.NOT FOR FOX STEPCAST MODELS.

Fox 32, Model C

2016 and newer Fox 32 Float forks with the FIT 4 and Grip dampers. Recommended for 100-130mm 26”, 27.5” and 29" forks.
Not recommended for 80-90mm forks
Not compatible with 140-150mm forks
Not compatible with Fox 32mm Step Cast forks

Fox 36 2015-2017, Model D

2015-2017 Fox 36 forks

Fox 40, Model E

2016 and newer Fox 40 Float Factory and Performance Elite forks.

Fox 36, Model F

Version F is a cartridge-only kit suitable for Fox 36 forks of all travel and wheelsize options. A revised air-spring design in the 2018 and later Fox 36 makes the Fulfill™ spring conversion included in Ramp Control Upgrade Version D incompatible.

Delivery

For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to despatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. We normally send spare parts by Royal Mail post (see below or our 'Shipping' page for cost/delivery times).

Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders go by courier. UK deliveries are with DPD Local, for overseas customers it's DPD, FedEx or DHL. In all cases these are fully tracked services and you'll need to sign for the delivery - please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.

Returns

You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.

Picking mistakes do sometime happen. If we supply the wrong part or there are parts missing from your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item.

Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or a suitable equivalent, as appropriate.

TF Tuned cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use a tracked and/or insured service as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.

"Excellent product, supplied by TF tuning, very good price and quick delivery. The ramp controller is easy to install, and the pack comes with the required slick honey for installation. The controller allows you to fine tune the progression of the fork replacing the need for tokens/volume spacers, and the need to add and remove the tokens, as this can be done on the fly with the adjustable knob. Overall excellent product and great service. Highly recommended"
