Weighing in at just 1698g, the fork boasts a brand new air spring and damper adapted for the demands of the emerging riding style, while still carrying all the hallmarks of Ohlins’ race-proven performance suspension seen from its long-travel, single-crown cousins — the RXF36 m.2 & RXF38 m.2.

OTX18 — the ‘downcountry damper’

The RXF34 m.2 uses the newly designed OTX18 damper. Sprung out of the highly successful TTX18 found in the Öhlins downhill and trail forks, the OTX18 is purpose-built for lightweight trail bikes. It shares several key components with its bigger TTX18 brother, but weighs 27% less and is optimized for faster and more fluid trail riding, striking the optimal balance between traction, control, weight and stiffness. Like all O?hlins dampers, the OTX18 offers impressive adjustability for fine-tuning, with fifteen clicks of low-speed compression and rebound adjustment alongside three for tweaks to high-speed compression. As always, a large and extensively-tested setting bank is also available for those who wish to customize their ride feel even further.

Lightweight air spring

The new damper is paired with a robust yet lightweight air spring that features a positive and self-adjusting negative chamber. The positive chamber allows riders to tune the spring curve according to their needs using Öhlins’ easy-to-use volume spacer system. The negative chamber, meanwhile, has been designed for fast trail riding and provides a plush initial feel and superb small bump sensitivity. The spring’s surface and seals also minimize friction and breakaway force to enhance the fork’s smooth ride feel.

Delivery

For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to despatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. We normally send spare parts by Royal Mail post (see below or our 'Shipping' page for cost/delivery times).

Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders go by courier. UK deliveries are with DPD Local, for overseas customers it's DPD, FedEx or DHL. In all cases these are fully tracked services and you'll need to sign for the delivery - please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.

Returns

You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.

Picking mistakes do sometime happen. If we supply the wrong part or there are parts missing from your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item.

Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or a suitable equivalent, as appropriate.
