2019-20 B1 Debonair Air Spring Upgrade Kit Pike (2014-2017)
The 35 mm fork models below with Solo Air springs are compatible with the new DebonAir upgrade kit.
It is possible to change maximum fork travel by replacing the stock Solo Air spring with a shorter or longer DebonAir spring assembly. Refer to the chart above for travel options. If maximum travel is increased or reduced it may also be necessary to add or remove Bottomless Token. Use the chart below to help determine the number of Bottomless Tokens that can be used with each maximum fork travel option.
Delivery
For spare parts, if they are in stock we will send them out the same day if we receive the order before midday (except weekends). If we receive the order after midday, we will do our best to despatch them same day, but it may be the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday. We normally send spare parts by Royal Mail post (see below or our 'Shipping' page for cost/delivery times).
Forks, shocks and large/heavy orders go by courier. UK deliveries are with DPD Local, for overseas customers it's DPD, FedEx or DHL. In all cases these are fully tracked services and you'll need to sign for the delivery - please provide a suitable address with extra instructions if necessary.
Returns
You may return your order unused, within 14 days for a refund if you no longer require it, provided it is returned with its original undamaged packaging and is unused and unmarked. Please note, we do not refund postage unless items were supplied in error or are faulty.Picking mistakes do sometime happen. If we supply the wrong part or there are parts missing from your order please let us know within 14 days of receipt so that we can correct the mistake. In the case of picking errors we will refund your postage costs on the returned item.
Faulty goods will be replaced with the same item or a suitable equivalent, as appropriate.
TF Tuned cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use a tracked and/or insured service as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.

"Awesome advice and assistance from the team at TF as always. Easy to fit (a decent pair of internal circlip pliers is essential, but otherwise no special tools needed). Forks now so plush that they move with the front wheel just being dropped six inches into the floor. That’s what I call small-bump sensitivity! Recommended."

"Possibly the best upgrade I have ever done. Had my Nukeproof Mega from new since 2014, and have never really been happy with the Pike. Small bump sensitivity was very poor and a bit divey in the mid stroke, but this has sorted all that out in one go."

"Fitted this to my Rockshox Yari forks, increasing travel from the original 160mm to 170mm. Overall it's made a significant difference, especially with low bump sensitivity while firming up nicely at the top for the bigger hits. "When I fitted this I really couldn't feel much difference to how my fork felt. However I've noticed that my hands don't feel numb after longer rides - which used to happen sometimes with the original air spring - so perhaps the small bump sensitivity is better. On the negative side I don't now seem to be getting full travel. I've removed the air token I had in the fork and lowered the pressure in the fork by a few psi - but the last cm of travel is really hard to get. Perhaps the the new air spring ramps up much more at the end of the stroke than the old one????"
